DEVICE DYNAMICS ASIA (M) SDN BHD is seeking an HR professional in Penang to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, and payroll support, working with managers to meet manpower needs.

Responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resources activities, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The role will support the company in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source and screen suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other channels.
Arrange interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and customers where required.
Prepare employment offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Monitor manpower requirements and hiring progress.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Monitor daily employee attendance, overtime, leave, MC, absenteeism, and other attendance matters.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification.
Handle employees' HR-related enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable Malaysian employment requirements.
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee administration.
Familiar with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
