Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in related field or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Experience with HR data transactions and audits is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead in applying and teaching new HR processes and skills to complete assignments
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in a technical or specialty area
• Apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
• Tackle the most complex and technically challenging work within the area
• Preempt potential problems and provide effective team solutions
• Work independently to interpret and apply company procedures
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members
• May have team leader responsibilities but not formal supervision
