Job summary

Mechanize is seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Executive to manage daily HR operations and support employee development in Malaysia. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy maintenance, and staff development initiatives.

You will coordinate performance reviews, manage records, and assist management with HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with local employment requirements. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations including payroll and recruitment.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment requirements and statutory contributions.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll and administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leave and probation tracking.
• Coordinate employee KPI assessments and performance reviews with department supervisors.
• Handle employee enquiries, relations and disciplinary documentation.
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
