Job summary

Mha Associates is seeking an enthusiastic HR intern in Kuala Lumpur to assist across the HR lifecycle. You will help post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related fields with HR coursework.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Well-organised, proactive and able to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies and internship advertisements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Assist in preparing recruitment documentation and maintaining candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees and interns.
• Prepare onboarding documents, employee forms and orientation materials.
• Support HR briefings on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing employee exit documentation and clearance records.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
• Assist in managing attendance, leave and timesheets.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, notices and other documents.
• Assist in compiling monthly attendance, leave and payroll information.
• Support preparation and verification of employee claims and allowances.
• Assist in maintaining employee benefits and statutory records.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programmes.
• Prepare training materials, attendance lists and feedback forms.
• Maintain employee training records and documentation.
• Support training evaluation and HRD Corp administration.
• Assist in organising company events, team-building activities and engagement programmes.
• Support event coordination, registration and logistical arrangements.
• Prepare internal announcements and communication materials.
