InterContinental Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR offier to assist in budgeting, staffing planning, and payroll-related tasks. The role includes supporting recruitment activities, maintaining records, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of HR experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a focus on accuracy and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, communications, business management or related field.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating and controlling HR budget and expenses.
• Plan for staffing needs with department heads.
• Document workers' compensation and insurance claims.
• Support recruitment activities including job fairs, screening, interviewing and background checks.
• Assist in salary administration and benefits processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through market research and focus groups.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and presentations.
