Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience in payroll, employee engagement, and HR audits is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily HR tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and support budgeting for HRM and the department.
• Oversee payroll processing and liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinate and monitor training programs aligned with brand standards.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary documentation.
• Support HR audit readiness and compliance.
• Provide leadership support in the absence of the HRM.
