InterContinental Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the Department in delivering True Hospitality for everyone. You will assist in managing HR initiatives, policy compliance, and day-to-day operations to ensure health, safety and local regulations are met.

You will work with department heads on staffing, budgets, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business or related field.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in HR budget creation and expense control.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing plans and budgets.
• Ensure workers' compensation and insurance claims are documented.
• Support recruitment activities including screening and interviewing.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and presentations.
• Ensure HR SOPs and policies are up to date.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and onboarding.
