Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, oversee recruitment matters, and liaise with external agencies for logistics and FOMEMA arrangements. You will manage foreign workers' disciplinary matters, conduct spot checks, and visit company hostels.

Responsibilities include observing, interviewing, and surveying employees to collect job, organizational, and occupational information, and performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin or related field required.
• Experience in mediation and conflict resolution.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stress and make decisions under pressure.
• Attentive listener, empathetic and personable.
• Experience in managing foreign workers and disciplinary matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
