Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and general HR matters in Malaysia. You will handle employee relations, maintain HR records, and prepare HR reports for the HR Director.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field with at least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws.

Manage day-to-day HR operations and general HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation.
Handle employee relations, including staff enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS and HR documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports, headcount analysis, turnover, absenteeism and other HR reports for the HR Director.
Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Support the HR Director in HR policy development, process improvement and key HR initiatives.
Work closely with management and employees to provide practical and timely HR advice and support.
