• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and leaves.
• Experience in automation/manufacturing HR; familiar with FAE/engineer recruitment.
• Capable of handling labour disputes and liaising with authorities; detail-oriented.
• Around 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.

1.Malaysian local citizen; fluent spoken and written Mandarin as well as fluent spoken and written English, able to communicate seamlessly with employees and management from both China and Malaysia.

2.Bachelor's degree or above.

3.Hands-on full-cycle HR experience with independent accountability for all modules including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and training.

4.In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, full statutory contribution schemes of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB income tax, employment risks, termination procedures and standards of all statutory leaves.

5.Prior HR experience in automation, machinery or industrial manufacturing industry is preferred; familiar with recruitment requirements for FAE and technical engineers, and management characteristics of technical teams in manufacturing.

6.Capable of handling labour disputes independently and liaising with local government authorities; strong coordination skills and great attention to detail; proficient in office software for payroll calculation and HR record management.

7.Possess around 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.
