• Hands-on full-cycle HR experience with accountability for recruitment, payroll, ER and training.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent Mandarin and English with management in China and Malaysia.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and leaves.
• Experience in automation/manufacturing HR; familiar with FAE/engineer recruitment.
• Capable of handling labour disputes and liaising with authorities; detail-oriented.
• Around 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.
