• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business growth.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the Group. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing organization by driving effective people strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

Full spectrum HR management including recruitment & onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, HR compliance, talent development, and workplace culture

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business expansion plans

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of quality talents

Lead performance appraisal cycles and support department heads on capability building and development planning

Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance monitoring, and leave administration together with Finance/HR Ops

Handle disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and employee counselling professionally

Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices

Lead employee engagement programmes to improve retention, motivation, and company culture

Manage HR data, reporting, and implementation of HR digital systems for operational efficiency

Provide HR advisory and support to management and departmental leaders
