Hirehub Group in Senai, Johor, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law and manage HRIS data, training programs, and policy improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in HR with supervisory exposure, a degree in HR or related field, and willingness to travel to China for training (2–3 months). Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30AM–5:30PM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and payroll coordination.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle grievances and support a positive employee relations environment.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and development initiatives.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime and payroll data for accurate processing and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate training programmes and HR-related projects.
• Review and improve HR policies and SOPs.

JobDescriptions

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support a positive employee relations environment.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

• Coordinate training programmes, employee engagement activities, and HR-related projects.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to China for training (2-3 months).

Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
