Job summary

Allied Foam Insulation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR initiatives across talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement. You will align HR strategy with rapid growth, manage senior leadership HR advisory, and drive scalable processes while ensuring compliance with local laws.

The role requires robust leadership, strong people skills, and fluency in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management required; Master’s or HR certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and HR systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization; fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management (a Master’s Degree or HR certification is a plus).

8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.

Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
