Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a passionate HR Manager to lead people initiatives in a fast-growing company. You will shape our people strategy, attract, develop, and retain top talent, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance with Labour laws. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to empower teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• 8+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
