Job summary

PB Realty Sdn. Bhd invites an experienced HR leader to manage the full HR function in Malaysia. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

You will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with the Employment Act and related laws, and drive engagement and development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in property development, construction, or related industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, HR admin).
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and best practices for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and labour laws.
• Oversee payroll operations and statutory submissions with accuracy.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to meet manpower needs.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Manage disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations.
• Oversee foreign workers' administration including permits and hostel matters.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning and HR analytics for management.

Job description

Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration.

Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.

Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour laws and statutory requirements.

Oversee payroll operations and statutory submissions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to meet the Company's manpower requirements.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Manage disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, grievance handling, and employee relations.

Oversee foreign workers' administration, including work permits, hostel matters, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and HR analytics for Management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
