Job summary

Sern Lee Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions at our Teriang, Pahang site. The role leads recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.

You will develop HR policies, manage payroll and compliance, and drive training and workforce development to support business goals. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a growing local company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
• Lead recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, claims, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
• Support manpower planning, organisational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse HR-related data to support management decision-making.
