• o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• o Partner with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
• o Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• o Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Talent Acquisition

• o Lead recruitment activities for production, technical, executive, and managerial positions.
• o Manage workforce planning to ensure optimum manpower levels.
• o Develop employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

• o Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and performance management cases.
• o Maintain harmonious employee relations and positive workplace culture.
• o Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act.
• o Oversee foreign worker recruitment, permits, hostel management, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• o Liaise with government agencies and service providers regarding foreign labour matters.
• o Monitor worker welfare and accommodation standards.
• o Review salary structures and market competitiveness.
• o Manage annual salary reviews, bonuses, and benefit programs.
• o Ensure payroll governance and statutory compliance.
• o Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
• o Drive leadership development and workforce upskilling programs.
• o Monitor training effectiveness and competency development.

Compliance & Governance

• o Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• o Support audits related to ISO, ESG, RBA, customer compliance requirements, and government inspections.
• o Maintain HR records and reporting accuracy.

HR Operations

• o Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, and HRIS.
• o Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower analytics.
• o Manage the HR & Admin team and departmental budget
