Job summary

Eng Kah Enterprise Sdn Bhd, based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HRIS records, managing leave policies, and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
