Job summary

Bina Jaya Ventures Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking a capable HR Manager to join our core management team and shape the people, systems and culture needed for our nationwide expansion.

You will work directly with the Group CEO and take ownership of strengthening the HR function as the organisation grows. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years' HR experience, strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll practices and compliance, plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including supervisory or managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll practices and statutory requirements
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced organisation
• Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on in daily HR operations
• Experience developing HR systems or supporting business expansion will be an added advantage
• Work directly with the Group CEO to gain exposure to business strategy and leadership decisions
• Be part of our core management team and help shape the organisation's people strategy and future direction

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Organisational Growth: Work closely with the Group CEO to develop HR strategies that support business expansion and workforce planning
• Recruitment & Talent Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development and employee retention initiatives
• HR Operations: Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, employee benefits and HR documentation
• Performance Management: Establish effective KPIs, performance appraisals, probation evaluations and employee development plans
• HR Policies & Systems: Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook and HR management systems
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and compliance with Malaysian employment legislation
• Leadership & Culture: Strengthen accountability, employee engagement and organisational culture
• Management Reporting: Provide HR insights, workforce analysis and recommendations to support management decisions

Key Responsibilities
