About the role We are seeking an HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our organisation's human resources operations and strategic initiatives. As an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive HR services that contribute directly to the success of our business and the wellbeing of our employees. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across all departments to ensure seamless HR processes and support company objectives.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant Malaysian employment legislation
Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate staff training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary issues, with professionalism and sensitivity
Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR databases
Provide HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day queries and concerns
Participate in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination and candidate liaison
Assist with the planning and execution of company events, engagement activities and HR initiatives
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR executive or HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive approach with problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to work independently
Experience in employee engagement, training and development is advantageous
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition processes is preferred
