Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd, listed on Bursa Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR Executive in Learning & Development to drive group training initiatives from DXN Cyberville. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and reporting training aligned with DXN’s strategic goals.

You will manage local and overseas programmes, HRD Corp grants, levy utilisation, and collaboration with subsidiaries to ensure effective talent development across the group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration/Management/Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development, HR, or related function.
• Experience coordinating local and overseas training programmes is an advantage.
• Experience handling HRD Corp grant applications and claims is preferred.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp grant procedures, claims, and levy utilisation.
• Proficient with training administration, tracking, reporting systems, and LMS.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of local and overseas training programmes in alignment with DXN’s goals and employee development.
• Prepare training schedules, participant registration, venues, trainers, materials, refreshments, accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
• Administer HRD Corp grant applications and claims, monitor status, and follow up on submitted items.
• Monitor HRD Corp levy utilisation and prepare regular reports and cost analyses.
• Coordinate overseas training programmes with subsidiaries and overseas HR representatives.
• Maintain training records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Support group-wide talent and development initiatives and LMS implementation.
