Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development professional to design and drive effective training initiatives in support of business goals. The role requires coordinating internal and external training, assessing competency gaps, and managing HRD Corp matters to ensure compliant funding.

You will work closely with stakeholders to promote continuous learning, evaluate impact, and maintain training analytics across the organization in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training or HR will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience managing HRD Corp grants and claims is an advantage.
• Able to commute to Pulau Indah.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D programmes aligned with business needs.
• Support training needs and competency gap analysis.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training.
• Manage training calendar, budget, records and HRD Corp matters.
• Support talent, leadership and career development programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with trainers, consultants and training providers.
• Promote a continuous learning and development culture.
• Prepare L&D reports, analytics and management updates.
