Responsibilities

• Support training provider comparison and evaluation to select appropriate partners.
• Maintain internship records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate in-house and external training programs, including logistics and participant communication.
• Assist in preparing training materials and presentation slides.
• Collect and maintain HR data, including headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Support workforce planning activities and HR reports for management.
• Participate in HR projects related to recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
