Job summary

PrimaBaguz is seeking an HR Coordinator to specialize in learning and development, ensuring training compliance and supporting various HR functions. The role will manage training administration, HRDC claims, and employee records while aiding recruitment and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HRM or related field, 2–4 years’ HR ops experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices. Willingness to work in Pulau Indah, Klang is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations or a generalist HR role.
• Experience in training and development, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training arrangements.
• Manage HRDC claims, attendance records, and certificate issuance.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant HR documents and records.
• Liaise with auditors on food safety, quality, and other compliance audits.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support employee engagement activities, staff events, wellness programmes, and company initiatives.
• Assist with internal communications and employee feedback programmes.
• Support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, teamwork, and employee experience.
