Job summary

Cosway (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Manager – Centre of Excellence (L&D) to drive strategic People & Culture initiatives and oversee Learning & Development programmes.

You will coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and competency development, analyze training needs, monitor effectiveness, and maintain learning records, while liaising with external partners to ensure impactful programmes across the organization in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and leadership development programmes.
• Analyze training needs and monitor training effectiveness.
• Liaise with external partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives, including the Culture Elevation Blueprint.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of People & Culture programmes.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Learning & Development programmes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, career development, succession planning, and competency development programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare training reports.
• Liaise with HRDC, training providers, educational institutions, and other external partners.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives through competency-based learning interventions.
• Analyze People data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
