DXN Holdings Bhd, listed on Bursa Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR Executive in Learning & Development to drive group training initiatives from DXN Cyberville. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and reporting training aligned with DXN’s strategic goals.
You will manage local and overseas programmes, HRD Corp grants, levy utilisation, and collaboration with subsidiaries to ensure effective talent development across the group.

It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.
Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced HR Executive Learning & Development, Talent & Development Unit with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at DXN Cyberville.
To coordinate and support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of local and overseas training and development programmes in alignment with DXN’s strategic goals and employee development requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Training and Development, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related function.
Experience in coordinating local and overseas training programmes would be an advantage.
Experience in handling HRD Corp grant applications and claims is preferred.
Knowledge of HRD Corp grant applications, claim procedures, supporting documentation, and levy utilisation.
Familiarity with training administration, tracking, reporting systems, and Learning Management Systems.
Competent in budget monitoring, data analysis, vendor coordination, and report preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and other relevant systems.
Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively across multicultural environments.
Able to manage multiple programmes, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to different operational and country requirements.
