Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR databases or records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, training and development, and employee records management.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
