TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR support professional in Penang. The role assists in recruitment, orientation, and coordinating intern programs, career fairs, and student visits.

You will help arrange training venues, materials and e-learning content, while maintaining training records and documentation. The position involves supporting the e-learning platform and library resources, compiling training effectiveness data, and sourcing external training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Management or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process
• Assist in orientation programme coordination
• Support in planning activities for interns, Career Fairs, student industrial visits & other company events
• Assist in arranging training venues, materials and e-learning content
• Support maintaining the e-learning platform, library resources and training documentation
• Assist in training effectiveness compilation
• Assist sourcing for external training when required by supervisor
• Handle general administrative tasks within the HR department
