BIPO Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and the HR technology industry in a fast-paced environment.

As an undergraduate, you will gain experience coordinating interviews, screening candidates, onboarding, and maintaining HR records while collaborating with regional stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the university.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates.
• Assist with candidate screening and engagement activities.
• Support onboarding and HR administration processes.
• Maintain and update HR records and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders on recruitment and HR initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
