Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administrative role, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and records.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support for HR processes, including talent acquisition, payroll, training & development and employee records management.
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
