Kueen Lai Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Kajang, Selangor. This full-time role supports the delivery of HR services and contributes to our people strategy as we grow.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, records, HR systems, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws. Strong communication, confidentiality and HRIS proficiency are essential.

Formación

• 2-3 years' experience in a HR or HR administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and general office software (Odoo, HR2000, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR database and HR systems.
• Administer attendance, leave, overtime, claims and employee benefits.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, warnings and other correspondence.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance and payroll data.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training and development activities.
• Organise employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment requirements.
