Job summary

HALO CREATIVE MEDIA is seeking a responsible HR Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. The role covers recruitment, employee records, offer letters, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and HR reporting.

You will ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment requirements while handling confidential information. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in HR or related field, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised and able to handle confidential information
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and basic office software
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour and employment matters advantageous
• Able to work independently and responsibly

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening and interview arrangements
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare offer letters, employment letters and other HR-related documents
• Manage attendance, leave records and employee information
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support payroll preparation and HR reporting
• Handle employee-related HR matters
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Malaysian employment requirements
• Perform other HR-related duties when required
