Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a growing construction company based in Kota Tinggi, Johor, seeking an HR Executive to join the team and support recruitment and administration.

You will provide full HR and admin support, manage end-to-end recruitment, arrange interviews, assist with new employee orientation, and maintain accurate records in HR systems.

This role offers Monday to Friday working hours with opportunities for growth in a hands-on operations environment in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication.
• Long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in arranging orientation sessions for new employees.
• Handle basic HR inquiries from employees.
• Prepare and update HR documents such as letters, forms, contracts, staff files, etc.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
• Coordinate HR activities, meetings, and training seminars.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
