Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment/Training/Payroll) for its Johor Bahru location. This full-time role supports HR operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and payroll administration to help attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliant payroll processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience in Malaysia, with strong knowledge of local employment law and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of HR experience covering recruitment, training and payroll functions.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and deliver training programmes and development initiatives.
• Administer payroll functions including salary processing and benefits management.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with HR policies.
• Support performance management and employee relations activities.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and training providers as needed.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance across the organisation.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
