Job summary

SINGDA SUPERALLOY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Johor is seeking a Senior Executive to support human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, training, and payroll processes.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with recruitment and training.
• Familiar with the latest labor laws and judicial interpretations
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiar with HRDF training procedures and claim processes

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate recommendations.
• Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and propose training programs aligned with business objectives; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Payroll: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time; maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
