SUPREME BOWL SDN BHD is seeking a responsible HR Executive to join our team in Malaysia. You will manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and compliance with statutory requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in HR or related field, 2–3 years HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/degree in HR or related field.
• Min 2-3 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR administration, recruitment and employee relations.
• Familiar with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mature, responsible and organised.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR and personnel administration.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee benefits.
• Handle staff enquiries and support employee relations.
• Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
