Job summary

STARSONIC SDN BHD is seeking an HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring employee records, leave and attendance, compliance, training coordination, and documentation are managed accurately and efficiently. You will contribute to a smooth, well-run workplace.

The role requires managing payroll, HRIS updates, and adherence to Malaysia's labour laws while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience handling full spectrum of HR functions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions and manage daily HR duties and operations.
• Onboarding, orientation, probation confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and offboarding processes.
