AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our Bandar Baru Nilai team. This full-time role supports day-to-day HR operations and helps develop strategies aligned with our organisational goals.

You’ll assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll liaison, and policy implementation while promoting a positive workplace culture. Based in Negeri Sembilan, you will work on-site with a collaborative team and access ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year HR experience encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to support HR team objectives.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment and selection including posting, screening, interviews coordination and onboarding.
• Administer employee records and maintain confidential HR documentation.
• Provide HR data and reports; manage HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Support employee relations, inquiries and workplace issues.
• Assist with employee engagement, training, and workplace events.
• Process payroll-related documentation; liaise with payroll providers.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and safety regulations.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff.
