Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, preferably in recruitment and HR admin.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and track the annual training plan.
• Plan, implement, and review centralized training programs incl. management and new hire orientation.
• Manage and maintain the training management system.
• Prepare human resources reports.
