Job summary

Academy of Business Malaysia (ABM) in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and support student welfare and accommodation arrangements.

The role requires Mandarin, and a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business with at least 3 years in HR operations, recruitment and employee relations. The position offers a basic salary of RM3,000–RM3,500 per month plus a group performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR working experience.
• Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and orientation.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
