Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia flags a role for an HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations, recruitment activities and employee administration. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, maintain records, manage attendance and payroll support, and prepare contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field, 1–2 years HR experience and basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. English and Mandarin communication is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records and HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in payroll preparation.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and HR-related documents.
• Support employee relations and internal communication.
• Ensure HR practices comply with policies and local regulations.
