Private Advertiser in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, from recruitment to employee lifecycle, compensation, and policy development.

You will monitor payroll, ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, support workforce planning, and advise management on HR strategies. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum relevant experience in Human Resources or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience in compensation & benefits, payroll monitoring, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaker required to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese employees and stakeholders.

Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000 (Based on qualifications & experience)

Job Responsibilities
