Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. You will support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee data accuracy using HRIS and other digital systems.

The role emphasizes policy guidance, reporting, and compliance with local employment practices, with fresh graduates welcome and 1–3 years of experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Job description

Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other staff movement activities.

Utilize HR systems to maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in a timely manner.

Review and process employee expense claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and related documentation across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Coordinate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to address HR administrative matters and provide basic policy guidance.

Generate HR reports and support data management to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Undertake other HR operational and administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related fields will have an added advantage. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply too!

Comfortable working with HRIS or other digital systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to support HR processes.

Basic understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
