Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. You will support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee data accuracy using HRIS and other digital systems.

The role emphasizes policy guidance, reporting, and compliance with local employment practices, with fresh graduates welcome and 1–3 years of experience valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or HR administration preferred.
• Fresh grads welcome to apply.
• Understanding of Malaysian employment practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Process onboarding, transfers, promotions, and staff movements.
• Maintain employee records and HR transactions in HRIS.
• Review and process expense claims in line with policies.
• Assist in updating HR handbooks and policies across the region.
• Generate HR reports and support data management for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
