VIGORPLUS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage foreign worker permits, payroll, attendance, and compliance in Johor. You will coordinate with embassies and government agencies, ensuring timely renewals and accurate records.
The role involves processing monthly payroll for 200+ staff, managing attendance data, and handling statutory contributions and stamping procedures. Strong communication is essential to liaise with workers and authorities.
Track, monitor, and process the renewal of foreign worker work permits (PLKS) via e-Services (e.g., FWCMS/ Fomema / Immigration online portals).
Coordinate passport renewal procedures with relevant embassies/agents prior to expiry dates.
Liaise with government agencies, immigration, and panel clinics for medical check-ups (FOMEMA) and permit endorsements.
Maintain complete and updated records of foreign worker documents, passport validity, and visa expiration dates.
Process and verify monthly payroll calculations for foreign workers (approx. 200+ headcount).
Key in increments, backpay, allowances (Loading, Machine, Safety & Environmental VPI), and deductions into Upayroll.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, bank submission lists, and cash distribution lists.
Distribute monthly payslips
Collect weekly attendance data from fingerprint biometric systems and process raw data into the HR system.
Review and verify weekly and final attendance records prior to monthly payroll execution.
Perform daily entries for leave applications, factory shutdowns, and manual slot updates.
Resolve attendance issues (e.g., single-clocking discrepancies) and monitor leave balances.
Process online statutory government contributions (SOCSO/PERKESO).
Handle online LHDN document stamping requests when required.
Draft and issue internal HR memos (e.g., replacement holidays, worker incentive announcements).
Order, distribute, and track inventory records for worker uniforms.
Update and maintain the Worker Master List (tracking new intakes, resignations, and medical expenses).
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience handling foreign worker management, work permit renewals (PLKS), FOMEMA, and passport applications.
Proficiency in Upayroll software (or equivalent HRIS/Payroll tools) and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Malaysian Immigration policies, SOCSO online portals, and LHDN stamping procedures.
Strong communication skills to liaise with workers, embassies, and regulatory authorities.
