SNS Network invites a proactive HR professional to join our Malaysia team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will manage full HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to staff training and payroll support, ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in HR/Business, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills in handling Malaysia Labour laws.

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and conducting interviews, selection, offer management and onboarding.
Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal /external training.
Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling, and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the Company to ensure the smooth running of operations, including processing staff claims and verifying staff attendance records to ensure accuracy.
Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Detail-oriented, excellent time management, multitasking and organisational skills, and a strong sense of commitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc is an added advantage.
