Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our Petaling Jaya team. You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to onboarding, orientation and training coordination.

You’ll also handle day-to-day admin tasks and support policy implementation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in HR/Business, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with high

• Bachelor’s in HR/Business or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and commitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Labour law is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions.
• Handle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct orientation and coordinate internal/external training.
• Provide counselling and resolve policy-related inquiries.
• Develop and implement HR strategy and action plans.
• Admin duties including staff claims and attendance records.
• Identify training needs and develop training plans.
• Prepare HR-related letters and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
• Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal /external training.
• Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling, and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the Company to ensure the smooth running of operations, including processing staff claims and verifying staff attendance records to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
• Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
• Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
