Job summary

AGV Environment Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a proactive HR Executive to shape policy, manage recruitment, and maintain confidential employee data. You will work with line managers, coordinate ads, screen candidates, and handle HRDC grant matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/BA or related discipline; or minimum 3 years HR/Admin experience.
• Experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Knowledge of HRDC grant and claim processes is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and listening communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and enforce strategy for HR management and development.
• Assist line managers or heads with ads, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.
• Assist on HRDC grant and claim matters.
• Maintain confidential HR files, records and employee data.
• Maintain HR information system and employee database.
• Keep Job Descriptions updated; create new JDs as needed.

Job description

Support of HR and administrative functions of the Company in the development and implementation of its policies.

Job Scope:

Plan, develop and enforce strategy for HR management and development

Assisting the line Managers or Head of Department preparing advertisements, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates

Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff

Assisting on HRDC grant and claim matters

Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits and training plan

Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources and HR networking

Ensure HR files, records and other staff personal information in a strictly confidential manner

Maintain the Human Resources information system and employee database

Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or any relevant discipline or minimum 3 years experience in HR/Admin functions

Preferred working experience related to Human Resources and Administrative functions

Knowledge in HRDC grant and claim process is an advantage

Effective verbal and listening communications skills

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities

Self confident and matured

Analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Microsoft Office skills - excel, word, power-point
