Job summary

Hirehub Group in Klang, Selangor seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations. The role will support onboarding, employee records, policy administration, and day-to-day HR inquiries.

You will assist in employee relations, performance initiatives, and HR projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Collaboration with teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience with strong exposure in recruitment.
• Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and work well in a team
